This is one dope ass book. All one needs to know about being a Level 5 leader and taking their company to the next level. And sustaning a great company after there gone!Good To Great
11-24-2009 Update. the above book was good. but looking back on it…most of the companies he wrote about have gone out of business or are in hot water…kinda funny. ah well. some good info there. and they still talk about the time periods that these big companies lasted and were great.

I never got into this book. Well, it’s probably because the audio book version sucked. Note to author – if you’re going to read a book to me, at least sound interested. I don’t doubt it’s a good book though – in print.
